Our workshops

Maggie is a highly experienced and competent public speaker and trainer who has pooled her years of experience to develop a variety of short and informative workshops around key mental health and wellbeing topics.

Way Forward workshops have been developed with the intention of supporting our clients to continue moving forward in their mental health and wellbeing journey.  By extending and strengthening the wellbeing tools gained during the coaching and counselling process clients have a constant resource to support them maintain the progress they have worked hard to achieve.

Attending regular workshops online clients of Way Forward are able to review and/or renew their knowledge and skills regarding specific wellbeing strategies.

There will be lots of topics that clients may not have had a chance to cover one-on-one and yet Way Forward ensures you won’t miss out because they will be online. Zoom workshops will be delivered monthly for clients, in an interactive and engaging way to keep you moving forward.

What topics are covered?

In 2022, the 1 hour Zoom workshops include:

  • The 5 Pillars of mental health and wellbeing

  • Positive activities that nurture and build resilience

  • More practical strategies to manage stress and anxiety

  • More active Mindfulness strategies

  • Intentional rest and building healthy sleep habits

  • Understanding the body /brain connection of mood disorders

  • Building healthy habits- best tips and tricks

  • Goal setting and the importance of your values

  • Thinking traps and how to let them go

  • The Art of Positive reframing

Clients will receive an invitation to enrol with details of the topic being covered and the resources included in the price of the package.
